Cleaning enquiries

The quote form asks for your name, email address, property postcode, cleaning service and a description of the work. A phone number is optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

We use these details to respond to your request, discuss a quote and arrange the requested cleaning service. This involves steps taken at your request before a booking, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Enquiries are saved in the WordPress website administration and email notifications are sent to Gina’s Cleaners. People handling enquiries or administering the website, and the hosting and email providers supporting those services, process information for these purposes. The website is hosted with Elementor, the form uses MetForm, and email is handled through Google.

Keeping enquiry information

Website enquiry records remain in WordPress until removed by an administrator. Correspondence is retained according to the need to answer your request, manage any resulting service and maintain relevant business records. Contact us to ask about a particular enquiry or request its removal.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand website visits, pages used and interactions such as phone clicks, email clicks and successful quote enquiries. Analytics information includes device and browser information, approximate location and usage identifiers.

Our enquiry tracking sends the type of cleaning service requested and an enquiry event. It does not send the name, email address, phone number or message entered in the form to Google Analytics. A phone or email click is measured separately from a successfully submitted enquiry.

We rely on your consent for optional analytics tracking. You are free to decline. The enquiry form works without analytics consent.

Cookies and your choices

The consent banner offers Accept analytics and Decline analytics. Use the Cookie preferences control to reopen your choice and withdraw consent for future analytics tracking. A preference cookie remembers your choice, normally for 30 days. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and measure use after consent.
